Office and Membership Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Part-Time, 25-30 hours a week, occasional evenings and weekends; normal work week is 9AM – 1PM Tuesday - Saturday

• Compensation: $23-25/hr., commensurate with experience. Benefits include health coverage, paid holidays, sick days, and vacation days.

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Office and Membership Manager is responsible for all aspects of office administration, including bookkeeping, as well as management of LJHS’s membership program. This position also provides administrative support to the Executive Director through meeting and calendar coordination, correspondence, and a variety of routine to complex administrative, clerical and office duties. Knowledge of arts and culture and experience in the non-profit sector is encouraged.
